About TEAM
TEAM (Teaming to Educate for Agricultural Mastery) is a nonprofit alliance of organizations and individuals invested in the agricultural community of East Tennessee.
Our mission
To unify participants across the agricultural supply chain in a sustained learning process that raises the level of agricultural excellence, strengthens profitability, and contributes to sustained economic growth across the region.
Our vision
To unite the East Tennessee community around agricultural education and collaboration, creating a living network of learning, innovation, and opportunity—anchored by a dynamic agricultural education center—that delivers lasting land-based economic and cultural impact for the region and serves as a model for the nation.
What we do
TEAM brings together people from every part of the agricultural supply chain: farmers and growers, the organizations that support them, educators, buyers and businesses. We learn from each other through:
- The TEAM Conference, a day of keynotes, breakout sessions and a trade show.
- A shared events calendar of workshops, field days, meetings and other events offered by TEAM’s member organizations across the region.
- A monthly events newsletter with what’s coming up.
